Description of the service

The User is able to view all material available on the Site and to send requests for a consultation. Once a request has been sent, the Operator contacts the User (by email or telephone) and confirms the consultation booking.

Information about requests is not accessible to other users: confidentiality is fully respected.

Account creation

Using the Site requires no registration and no personal account. However, when sending a request, the User must provide contact details: name, email address and telephone number. These details are used only to arrange the booking and to select the consultation. Once that is done, the information is deleted.

The Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the service where the rules of fair use are breached, namely:

• use of the service for commercial, unlawful or self-serving purposes.

Processing of personal data and confidentiality

The Operator may use personal data obtained through the online request form to create or update contact information in its own database. Such data comprises:
