The consultation needs your date, month and year of birth, your exact time of birth and your town of birth. You will also be asked to fill in a questionnaire so that the exact birth time can be recalculated.

If the birth time is unknown, a rectification is carried out, which means calculating the time of birth from past events in your life. The astrologer looks for the first breath at the moment of birth, which is why even a time written on a hospital tag is recalculated. The calculation needs your date, month and year of birth, your place of birth and an approximate birth time within a margin of plus or minus 2 hours; a wider margin is taken on by agreement. You will also need to supply more than 10 major events from your past in the format day, month, year: a month and a year alone cannot be used.

• lead time is 3 days to a week and a half, depending on the current schedule and the service.

A manager will then contact you to send the questionnaire and to agree the date and the format of the consultation. You make the payment, and your consultation takes place at the agreed time.
